Tell us about a typical day in your role at James Cropper:

A typical day consists of checking in with our existing customers to ensure the products we are manufacturing are fit for purpose and we are continuing to deliver world-class service. There is also time spent developing new opportunities and working on long-term new capability projects.

During your career at James Cropper, what has been your most memorable highlight?
JH
Something that never gets old is seeing products that we manufacture on people's walls, in shop windows or in products I am using.

What work are you particularly proud of at James Cropper?
JH
I am proud that the company provides paper an board to some of the biggest names in fashion and technology whilst still maintaining a lot of the traditional business.

Which three things would you take to a desert island?
JH
Besides food, water and shelter I would take The Lord of the Rings books to keep entertained, a fully equipped gym to stay fit and healthy and my dogs for company.

What’s your guilty pleasure?
JH
I am something of a chocoholic.
