Originally a Visual Communication graduate from Edinburgh College of Art, I have enjoyed a career to date working in sales and account management for some of the leading art libraries and picture libraries in the world selling image rights to creative businesses for the purposes of art reproductions, stationery, book covers, branding, and advertising collateral etc. After working in London for 15 years, I moved to the Lake District in 2021, it is now exciting to join the dots and see another side of those businesses I have previously sold to by selling the paper and mountboard on which they print.

" I am passionate about people and relationship management and look forward to helping to drive the business forward, providing support and developing opportunities as well as learning more about the technical aspects of paper making. "

During your career at James Cropper, what has been your most memorable highlight?

GA
Whilst in Customer Experience, I have had the opportunity to look after key accounts for James Cropper Converting. We recently received a report card from one of our biggest customers within the Photographic Industry giving us a 9.2/10. They are known for not handing out 10’s so this is the highest reward we could receive. It shows how teamwork makes the dream work when servicing customers.
