LB
My day kicks off with checking emails and a quick check in with the team making sure everyone is aware of priorities needing attention. From there it’s a mix of responding to customer enquiries, collaborating with other departments to solve problems and streamline processes, and offering support to the team. No two days are the same in our team due to a diverse range of customers and responsibilities. I try and keep things positive and proactive, making sure the team and customers feel supported.
