" I am highly inquisitive in my nature and keen to learn and fully immerse myself in the finer details with any project I undertake. This approach leads to questioning the boundaries of what was considered normal practice and achievable, and often opens up new opportunities to explore, both from myself and colleagues within the wider team "

As Innovation manager within the Centre for Innovation, I lead innovation projects across the group’s activities, from initial conceptualization through to wider integration. This will involve tracking industry changes in legislation, technological advancements and capabilities; evaluating and developing novel ideas, concepts, and opportunities; and aligning these projects within James Croppers broader strategic objectives.
