What is your most memorable highlight?

MM
Being invited to exhibit at an exclusive LVMH event was unforgettable. Only two suppliers were selected, and we had the chance to present our innovations to hundreds of top decision-makers from the group. It was a bright moment that validated our work and vision.
JS

What work are you particularly proud of at James Cropper?

MM
I’m proud of championing sustainable alternatives to plastic packaging,. These innovations have sparked strong interest from major players, showing that we’re on the right path.
JS

Which three things would you take to a desert island?

MM
Chocolate, sun cream, and protein – survival with a touch of indulgence!
JS

What’s your guilty pleasure?

MM
Chocolate. Always chocolate.

What is your favourite colour and why?

MM
Green and blue. I’m a forest guy – I spend a lot of time in nature, and green feels grounding. But I’m also a big dreamer, and the blue of the sky reminds me to keep looking up.
