Loud, energetic, yet organised… My role connects teams across commercial, marketing, technical, and operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Expanding beyond the customer experience team, I’m involved from concept through to finished product then see our solutions come to life in external markets, gaining invaluable first-hand feedback. Recently, at London Packaging Week, I had the privilege of working alongside Nathan Ward on stage, showcasing the versatility of our portfolio from Coloursource paper to Moulded Fibre.

Tell us about a typical day in your role at James Cropper:

Lots of meetings a check in with my teams, and lots of allocating tasks on teams! The most important element of my job is communicating and working with people, being surrounded by hard working individuals is what makes James Cropper a great place to work.

Managing cross-functional teams including senior leaders and gaining their respect through good and efficient work.

Which three things would you take to a desert island?

My iCal, my coffee machine, and a swimsuit because I love being in the sea and surrounded by water.

What’s your guilty pleasure?
ZL
Magic stars & sleepy time tea, combined with being in bed by 9pm watching a good tv series/film.

What is your favourite colour and why?
ZL
Coloursource Adriatic Blue because it is powdery, mellow and chilled out, it also reminds me of the sea. In a world full of chaos I appreciate anything that has a calming influence.
