Veronika Nuretdinova
Veronika started her working life as a tax consultant before joining McKinsey as a Business Analyst. Led by her entrepreneurial spirit, she then launched a historical tour company in Moscow whilst also freelancing as a strategy consultant. A love of coding and a Master’s degree in Data Science from Berkeley led Veronika to adjust her career and in 2022, she joined James Cropper.
" I’ve loved solving maths problems for as long as I can remember and began programming when I was given my first computer at age 11. Now I get to spend my days working on varied strategic projects – in a nutshell, making things faster and easier using data and technology. I love seeing how my efforts make people happier at work. "

I also focus on efficiency, rather than hours spent at a desk. My most productive hours are in the morning and the late evening and around this I fit in exercise to restore energy and refresh my mind.
What are you most proud of?
Any my family, of course!
