A typical day for me involves risk assessing, providing advice and the day-to-day admin for the team.

What is your most memorable highlight?
DA
My most memorable highlight is completing my level 3 apprenticeship in business administration, studying again at 47 was a challenge but one I am very proud of.

What work are you particularly proud of at James Cropper?
DA
I am proud of the way everyone pulls together to overcome and resolve problems, there are a lot of work that happens in the background that doesn`t always get seen.

Which three things would you take to a desert island?
DA
3 things I would take to a desert island – My grandchildren, Radio, Sun cream.

What’s your guilty pleasure?
DA
Watching real life crime programmes, my husband thinks I am looking to plan the prefect murder!!!

What is your favourite colour and why?
DA
Light blue, I find it a calming and soothing colour.
