Genevieve Scullion, Senior Technical Specialist, has been named a finalist in the Operational Excellence category. Joining James Cropper in January 2025, Genevieve was promoted within eight months, quickly establishing herself across technical, operational, and product development projects. Her hands-on approach, from troubleshooting machinery to supporting the new Coloursource range launch, demonstrates her ability to combine technical expertise with collaborative problem-solving.
