Our team of colour experts constantly test their vision to ensure their colour judgement is second to none. The trained human eye, used in conjunction with cutting edge technology, can be used to speed up the development process for our clients and achieve accurate colour consistency.

Dyes and Pigments

Colour can come from dye or pigment, or a careful combination of both. Dyes and pigments have very different qualities – mastering these enables us to achieve both perfect shade and perfect performance in end use. The careful selection of dyes and pigments, or blending of the two, is a fine art and a vital part of our colour creation process.

Working with Dye Manufacturers

We have over 2000 live shades on site so there is no limit to the colours we can produce. By sourcing our dyes and pigments from a number of suppliers it means we have access to the best products on the market, meaning there is no restriction as to what can be sourced or achieved.

We work alongside designers and brands to achieve the perfect shade, from initial testing with small sheets made by hand, to signing off production scale runs on the paper machine.

We go to great lengths to prove our papers lasting integrity. After all, it represents and reflects your brand when in the hands of your customers. All of our papers undergo rigorous testing for colourfastness, rub and bleed. We’re never satisfied until we know the paper will stand the test of the real world environment.
