The collaboration brought together our innovation in sustainable and hygienic paper for packaging and the packaging manufacturing craftsmanship of International Direct Packaging (IDP).
2020’s ‘Book of British Luxury’ was presented in a luxury box produced using our 100% post-consumer waste recycled fibre paper in Shadow Black from our new Rydal Packaging Collection.
With brands increasingly concerned with the environmental impact and safety of their products; the box demonstrates the marriage of beauty, outstanding eco-credentials and antimicrobial qualities using PaperGard™, ringing in a new era for luxury packaging.

The boxes are constructed from the exclusive solid black Rydal facing papers, corrugated inhouse by IDP into robust F Flute boards that are embossed and debossed with the hand-crafted artwork to mirror the beautifully designed cover of the 2020 Yearbook by House of Hackney & Buffalo.
The box was designed and manufactured by the IDP team and is mono-material with no inks or glues meaning it is 100% recyclable in the paper waste stream, with no disassembly necessary.
