James Cropper Names as Official Sponsor of Paris Packaging Week 2023

As a leading packaging innovator, James Cropper is delighted to announce that it has been named as the official partner of Packaging Première, the future focused luxury packaging event space of Paris Packaging Week 2023, one of the industry’s most prestigious events.

The event will open its doors on January 25th and 26th 2023, when it will welcome some 630 exhibitors and an estimated 7,000-7,500 visitors.

James Cropper’s partnership comes after Paris Packaging Week unveiled its new branding earlier this year. For the first time, the show will welcome Packaging Première, focusing on luxury packaging within the retail, fashion, jewellery, watches, accessories and fine wines and spirits markets, James Cropper’s heartland.

James Cropper introduces the Packaging Première Talks programme, designed to immerse visitors in the luxury packaging landscape. With inspirational insights from industry experts, a view on the latest trends, to the challenges and cutting edge solutions being worked on in the luxury space by leading brands and designers – this is a place for brands to prepare for the future.

This collaboration marks the start of an exciting year ahead for the English Lakes’ papermaker, which is famous for its trailblazing sustainable paper packaging innovations.

It also comes after further disruptive launches from COLOURFORM™, the group’s eco-designed moulded fibre packaging solution. Having reinvented luxury packaging for the champagne industry with Ruinart, COLOURFORM recently challenged traditional concepts in the fragrance sector. Working with Lancôme, the James Cropper team created a unique mono-material fragrance wrap, for the brand’s La Vie Est Belle product.

Opening the talks on day 1, Tricia will be speaking at 9.25am on the 25th and closing the show at 3.15pm on the 26th. We can’t wait to see her in action demonstrating strong technical expertise in printing, paper and packaging.
